About Me – Freelance Internet Consultant.

Based near Ipswich in Suffolk UK, I offer freelance website support, maintenance services, Internet,ecommerce and e-business project management consultancy and internet marketing & seo services to businesses . I use a small team of professionals to support me in graphic design, website programming, content and article writing and administration.

I have been involved in website and e-business project consultancy for individuals, small businesses, companies, organisations since leaving the LIFFE trading floor in 1998.

My skill set is self taught through hands on experience in implementing ecommerce and website projects or services as well as drawing on my analytical knowledge gained through trading and Google Analytics. Having been involved in a wide range of businesses I understand commercial needs and the need to maintain budgets while delivering a workable solution.

Primarily involved with ecommerce management and marketing I have three main objectives for my clients/employers:

• Increase revenue
• Increase customer acquisition
• Increase customer retention

KPI definition and tracking forms a key component to the above aspects of ecommerce, which, coupled with the multi disciplinary nature of ecommerce suits my skill set gained over the years working for large and small companies. I am comfortable dealing with people from all walks of life be they top management or customers. Visitor behaviour online ultimately drives my three objectives and to best achieve these is to understand the businesses I work with, their customers, their products or services and goals.

I currently support clients in a website maintenance and internet marketing role based in Suffolk as well as planning or developing new website projects.

How I work

I work remotley via the internet or secure VPN connections from my office in Suffolk.I attend client premises where required for project meetings, updates or where work needs are best completed on site. I am well placed for central London, Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, Colchester, Chelmsford but can just as easily offer my services fully remotely via the internet.

Helping small and large companies

With over 10 years of website, internet, marketing and ecommerce management experience I have been involved in managing and implementing ecommerce, IT and internet projects for a large variety of organisations from self employed businesses to the MOD/SERCO. I currently manage website projects and internet marketing campaigns.
