Who uses a monthly website support plan?
Monthly website support packages are designed for a company that wants regular management of their website for a fixed cost and either does not have the available staff or budget to employ full time.Website management and support plans can range from 1 hour a month upwards to near full time website management – more suited to ecommerce.
Website support plans are geared to the customer and can be used solely against one service e.g Updates or made up of different website management services.
Sample Website Support and Managment Plans with cost:
1 Hour support plan – £35.00 per month
Includes: 60 minutes of updates and/or telephone support
Ideal for regular changes to your website or adding new pages and functions on a budget
4 hours Support Plan – £140.00 per month
Includes: 60 minutes of updates or repairs, 2 hours SEO, 30 minutes phone support, 30 mins backup services
Suitable for making a start with SEO and to keep your website updated with company news
10 hours Support Plan – £350.00 per month
Includes: 180 minutes of updates, 10 keyword SEO, 30 minutes phone support, 30 mins backup services
Suitable for making a start with SEO and to keep your website updated with company news
20 Hours Support – £700.00 per month
Includes: 4-6hrs of updates, SEO for 20 keywords, Pay Per Click, Email campaign help, 30 mins backup
Suitable for a larger website that requires regular news or price updates, SEO and internet marketing.
