Pay as you go website Support
My pay as you go (PAYG) website support service is aimed at smaller businesses and individuals that need help with their website updates, fixes or marketing but do not want to have a monthly contract.
How do you use the website support service
- First Step : Buy support ‘credits’ in blocks of one hour units online or contact me for an Invoice
- Second Step: Make a support Request using the ticket sytem or by email.
- Third Step: I will confirm the support request and I will let you know how many minutes it will take.
- Complete: I will notify you when the request has been completed and deduct the cost from your credits
How much does Website Support cost
The cost for support credit is £50 per hour and the credits last for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What can i use the website support for?
Your support credit can be used for any updates or repairs or internet marketing related to your website. Existing clients use their credit for services such as:
- Updating text
- Adding new images
- Adding forms or new functionality
- Promoting their website by making it more search engine friendly
- Telephone support and consultancy
